And Beach Talk Radio will be broadcasting live from the event at 11AM. Taste of The Beach is being held at the Shrimp Dock Parking Lot at Salty Sam’s Marina from 11 to 3.
Restaurants will offer samples of their signature dishes available for purchase and compete for top Taste of the Beach Award honors in the categories of Best Appetizer, Best Beef Entree, Best Seafood Entree, Best Chicken Entree, Best Vegetarian/Vegan, Best Dessert, Best Decorated Booth, and People’s Choice. Gates open at 11:00 a.m. Food will be served until it runs out or at 4:00 p.m. The event will also include vendors, live music and our famous server competition.
Admission is $5 for adults and children over 12. Children under 12 are free. Food tickets will be $1.00 each, with a $5 average food serving price.

The event, sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce and volunteers are still needed. If you can volunteer your time, sign up HERE.
The Chamber is still accepting applications for vendors and exhibitors. Exhibitors will be permitted to sell items of merchandise and give away brochures and promotional items to advertise their business/organization.
Exhibitors will need to bring their own tents, tables, chairs and a fire extinguisher.
Booths are $150 for Chamber members and $200 for non-members.
