Very sad day for the DI 🐬 As I mentioned when salvage video was posted a few months ago, the Dolphin Inn was our family vacation spot for over 50 years. So many beautiful memories and friends were made there. I will finish with former owner Travis favorite response about the DI “ Another Day in Paradise”, it has come to an end. 😢 Thank you BTR for keeping us informed long distance.
Thanks for the video. It is good to see that they take all the stuff that is worth taking. Do they sell all of it or donate some of it to a place like habitat for humanity?
I haven’t watched the Dolphin demo yet, but in their Strandview video, some of it they keep themselves; some is sold at their thrift shop; and some things are sold on eBay.
We are working on a demolition video of the dolphin, should be done here soon.
