The town of Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel were recently recognized with the Senators’ Pride of Florida Award at a luncheon hosted by Florida Senators Kathleen Passidomo, Ben Albritton and Jonathan Martin.
The Senators’ Pride of Florida Award for servant leadership and service during Hurricane Ian also recognized the Fort Myers Beach Fire District and the Sanibel Fire District.The town of Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel were recently recognized with the Senators’ Pride of Florida Award at a luncheon hosted by Florida Senators Kathleen Passidomo, Ben Albritton and Jonathan Martin.
Accepting the awards were Fort Myers Beach Mayor Dan Allers and Sanibel Mayor Holly Smith. Several members of the Fort Myers Beach staff were also in attendance and recognized for their efforts by Mayor Allers.
The Senator’s are handing out awards meanwhile FEMA is basically useless, still no street lights for the foreseeable future ,people can’t get permits to rebuild etc.
The list of government failures goes on and on!
