The LPA hears all the development projects first and makes recommendations to the Town Council. 4 seats are turning over and at least one of the current members is not reapplying. The seats expire at the end of this month.
The term of Jim Dunlap expires. Dunlap is reapplying.
The term of Doug Eckmann expires. Eckmann is not reapplying.
Ed Schoonover’s seat expires. Schoonover plans to reapply but he’s also running for Town Council.
Don Sudduth’s seat expires. He said Tuesday he’s still thinking about reapplying.
It’s also important to note that LPA Chair Anita Cereceda is running for Town Council. Her seat is not up until 2027, however, if she wins her run for Town Council, that will open up another seat.
