Join us both Friday and Saturday this weekend live from the Fort Myers Beach Woman’s Club as we celebrate the holidays at the 4th annual Christmas Tree Festival & Auction.

This two-day event is a fundraiser which supports participating nonprofits in the Fort Myers Beach area.

The Festival is open to the public and free of charge. VIP Tickets for Friday’s Event are $50 and include a meal ticket, two drink tickets and entrance to the VIP cocktail event. It also includes a ticket to Saturday’s Chili tasting event. Chili tasting tickets on Saturday are $5 and open to the public.

The Woman’s Club also asks that guests bring an unwrapped toy for the Beach Kids Foundation.

“For the past three years, the Woman’s Club has created a winter wonderland that has auctioned fantastic, one-of-a kind Holiday trees and now wreaths which were created by area nonprofits,” stated Megan Allers, festival co-chairman.  “The Festival has raised over $6,000 for all the participating nonprofits who decorated a tree each year and has been a way for the organizations to introduce their charity to our residents.”

The Festival includes two days of silent bidding on custom Christmas Trees and wreaths. All trees and wreaths are donated and decorated by area non-profit organizations and local businesses. All funds raised for each tree, will go back to their designated charity.

Friday night kicks off with a cocktail event featuring live music, cash bar and food trucks. A special VIP preview cocktail party will be available to the first 50 people who purchase a $50 VIP ticket. All auction items will be on display for preview and bidding though out the evening.

On Saturday, the festivities begin at 1 pm and feature a holiday vendor market and bake sale. The 4th annual Chili cook-off begins at 3:30 pm, and guests purchase tastes and votes for $5.  The winner will be announced at 8 pm along with the final silent tree and wreath auction winners.
