- Secondary markets:Buffalo, Columbus, Flint, Fort Wayne, Green Bay, Philadelphia, Portland, South Bend, St. Louis and Toledo
- Tertiary markets: Albany, Atlanta, Dayton, Hartford, Lansing, Louisville, Madison, Peoria, Pittsburgh and Rochester
