Homeowner Carol Thomas has had to go before the Fort Myers Beach Magistrate several times. Why? Because the town says she has to rip out the bottom level of her home. Thomas says there’s been a livable dwelling on the bottom floor since the 80’s. She tells her story on Beach Talk Radio Saturday at 10AM.
