We’re almost one month into turtle season and Fort Myers Beach is up to 21 nests with the addition of 9 more this week. Bonita Beach added 12 and is now up to 41. Sanibel reports every two weeks so we’ll get an update from them next Friday.
Unfortunately, there were 18 false crawls on FMB up from 10 last week and 34 on Bonita Beach up from 24.
