The Fort Myers Beach Art Association Gallery will be opening a new exhibit called “Beach Bliss,” a vibrant celebration of coastal life and the spirit of summer. The exhibit opens on June 4 and will be on display through July 18.
This seasonal exhibit highlights the special connection between the local community and our beaches. As summer begins, local residents enjoy a quieter, more personal experience of the shore, and a chance to reconnect with the natural surroundings and the calm beauty that defines our beaches.
Featuring original works by the gallery’s talented members, “Beach Bliss” invites artists to interpret the beauty of the beach through a wide range of media, including oil, acrylic, watercolor, gouache, pastel, collage, and multi-media. Each piece reflects a unique perspective on the Southwest Florida shorelines, capturing everything from tranquil seascapes and sunlit sands to the dynamic energy of waves and wildlife.
The Fort Myers Beach Art Association Gallery is located at 13451 McGregor Blvd in Fort Myers. The gallery is open Thursday through Saturday from 12:00 to 6:00 p.m. Every Saturday they host a free Lunch & Learn gallery talk from 11:00 am – 12:00 noon at the gallery, featuring member artists discussing a wide range of art related topics.
