Closed since Hurricane Ian, Mariner’s Boathouse at 7630 Estero Boulevard, is officially open for business. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held Tuesday and we were there to broadcast it live along with a walkaround of the facility. Watch HERE or HERE.

Have been at Mariners Boathouse and Beach resort (MBH) for decades before Ian hit FMB. Formed the owners committee who took the reins to find a solution and reopened it, hence the advertising today. Paradise and Home Away From Home Returned! Currently have a management company who assumed our management contract from Capital vacations against owners wishes and was told by our Board of Directors that the management company had attorneys ready to fight us should we resist! Who does this for a small and unique 22 unit site who is fighting to reopen and were being force fed the only option is to sell and at fire sale prices. Well MBH has been reopened for over 18 weeks now so come down and help the place reoccupy all the wonderful weeks this unique property has to offer. It’s a gem in a idyllic location.
