The Friends of the Library’s annual giant book sale, scheduled for this weekend was moved to February 28th and March 1st due to the cold weather forecast for this weekend. The time of 9AM to 2PM remains the same. The event is held in the outdoor library garage.
Bring your own bag or the library will provide one for you. Fill up a bag for only $10.
The Friends of the Library fundraise to assist the library with extra purchases to enhance patrons’ experiences at the library. In addition, The Friends of the Library was the major sponsor of the grand reopening of the library providing lunch for over 300 attendees.
Become a member of The Friends of the Library and receive a bag to fill up or a free “Meet Me at the FMB Library shirt.” Details and memberships available at the giant book sale in the library garage.
All year long you can find some very unique gifts and cards in the gift shop/used bookstore on the 3rd floor of the library. The store is staffed entirely by volunteers. The Friends of the Library manage the bookstore, and all proceeds benefit the library and their needs.

We could use lots of volunteers to set up for the book sale on Thursday and Friday, January 29 and 30 from 9-1. Come for an hour or more. All help is appreciated.
