So many of you attended the Resilient Lee meeting last week at Diamondhead. That committee will have access to millions, if not billions of dollars that will go toward rebuilding Lee County. If you want Fort Myers Beach to receive funding you need to fill out this survey.

Bay Oaks Receives $50K Grant To Refurbish Field

The Scotts Company and Major League Baseball have awarded the Bay Oaks Little League Field on Fort Myers Beach a $50,000 grant to refurbish the field. The fields at Bay Oaks were heavily damaged by Ian, then used as a dumping ground for debris in the months after the storm.

The Beach School WILL Be Rebuilt?

Tuesday night, The Lee County School Board voted 7-0 to rebuild the Elementary School on Fort Myers Beach. The goal is to remediate the Historical Building first, which would be home to 52 students by the Fall of 2023.
