The Clinic for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife weekly Speaker Series continues Tuesday, April 19 with The Effects of Water Mismanagement. Captains for Clean Water Co-Founder Chris Wittman will be the speaker.

The Ostego Bay Marine Science Centers offers a guided tour of the Fort Myers Beach Working Waterfront. The Working Waterfront is a community of servicing organizations that supports the local commercial fishing industry.

The Fort Myers Beach Town Council is fed up with code violators who continuously snub their nose at the rules, ignore code violations, and make money from the properties in violation. As a result the town council has told town attorney John Herin to start the process to foreclose on these five properties.
