Last night, at St. Raphael’s Episcopal Church, the Fort Myers Beach Lions held their annual Community Awards Night. Donations were handed out to several local organizations and students. They were awarded scholarships to help with their education in the 2022-2023 year.
The organizations that attended the event to receive donations were:

Nurses Program of Lee County
Renee’s Closet
Bay Oaks
Mound House
BIA Builders
Other organizations received donations but were not able to attend the event.

The Fort Myers Beach Lions would like to thank the Fort Myers Beach community for all the help and support it has given to the Lions over the past year especially with the Shrimp Festival last March. It was a success, despite Mother Nature being very uncooperative.
