SCCF, Captains For Clean Water, and the SanCap Chamber are hosting an event Thursday to welcome Col. Brandon Bowman, the incoming Commander at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Jacksonville). Bowman will replace Commander James Booth who will also be at the event.

Powerblock Hosting Road Cleanup Friday

Powerblock Builders and Keep Lee County Beautiful are hosting a road cleanup on Fort Myers Beach Friday from 9:30 to 11AM. The cleanup will start at Mango Street and end at Connecticut Street. Setup is at 170 Washington Street. Lunch will be served at Margaritaville after the cleanup.
