The popular resort on Estero Boulevard was destroyed on September 28th when Hurricane Ian came through town. The Margaritaville developer has purchased the property and will use it as part of the new resort now under construction.
Post Office Update
You may have seen our video at the post office this past Saturday when we spotted two rather large trailers in the post office parking lot on Carolina avenue. Could it be that those trailers will eventually be used as a temporary facility?
Woman’s Club Plans to Rebuild Clubhouse
The Fort Myers Beach Woman’s Club has announced it plans to rebuild its community clubhouse after it was destroyed by Hurricane Ian. The historic building was built back in 1938.

155 Del Mar sustained a lot of damage from hurricane Ian. The 1,100 square foot home sits on approximately 6,000 square feet and was sold this week for $600,000.
