The U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 91 is hosting a “Boat America” Responsible Boating Course this Saturday. The NASBLA-approved program is designed to prevent accidents, lower emergency response strain, and equip local boaters with life-saving navigation skills.
