The 3rd annual FMB Strong Mrs. Roper’s Caftan Crawl Saturday on Fort Myers Beach raised just under $30,000. The money will be banked for future use for disaster relief and hurricane preparedness for the people in the community.
The King Family Foundation sponsored the crawl. Last year the event raised $20,000. There were 800 registrations this year. The Mrs. Roper crowd started and finished on the terrace of Margaritaville with visits to La Ola, Wahoo Willies, Nervous Nellie’s, Petey’s Upper Deck, Mr. Waves, S.O.B, The Whale, and La De Dah. Everyone who finished the crawl received a participation medal.

I am interested in crawl for 2026
