Lee County Transit (LeeTran) is hosting a career fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. this Friday at LeeTran HQ, located at 3401 Metro Parkway. Available positions include drivers, maintenance technicians and specialists and seasonal work.

During the job fair, attendees can learn about open positions, participate in on-the-spot interviews and get information about County’s benefits package.

“LeeTran is interested in filling positions with passionate, charismatic and reliable individuals,” Transit Director Robert Codie said. “At LeeTran, we are a team that works together toward a common mission of providing superior transportation service to our amazing county. It is a privilege to be a Lee County employee, and we are excited to grow our LeeTran team.”

LeeTran operates 25 bus routes, ADA paratransit service called Passport and an employer vanpool program. LeeTran employs approximately 280 people and has a fleet of 64 full-size buses, 12 trolleys, five seasonal trams and 59 minibuses for paratransit and Mobility on Demand service.
