- Chilled Plates: seasonal fruit display; charcuterie board; bagel and lox station; and deviled eggs
- Hot Dishes: herb-marinated roast turkey; ham with honey mustard glaze; roasted bistro filet; coconut-crusted salmon; omelet station; cinnamon French toast; garlic and herb mashed potatoes; mixed vegetables; biscuits and gravy; macaroni and cheese; vegetable frittata; and bacon and sausage
- From the Garden: build-your-own-salad station or classic Caesar salad
- Sweets & Such: assorted pastries, including Danish pastries, cinnamon rolls, donuts and muffins; an assortment of mini carrot cakes, cheesecakes and cupcakes
