From 10AM to 2PM on Sunday, April 5, in the Compass Ballroom, families can enjoy chilled starters, carved meats, seafood, made-to-order omelets and sweet brunch favorites, plus salad and dessert stations. Here what the Margaritaville Easter menu will include…

  • Chilled Plates: seasonal fruit display; charcuterie board; bagel and lox station; and deviled eggs
  • Hot Dishes: herb-marinated roast turkey; ham with honey mustard glaze; roasted bistro filet; coconut-crusted salmon; omelet station; cinnamon French toast; garlic and herb mashed potatoes; mixed vegetables; biscuits and gravy; macaroni and cheese; vegetable frittata; and bacon and sausage
  • From the Garden: build-your-own-salad station or classic Caesar salad
  • Sweets & Such: assorted pastries, including Danish pastries, cinnamon rolls, donuts and muffins; an assortment of mini carrot cakes, cheesecakes and cupcakes

The buffet is $65 per adult and $24 per child. Children under 6 years old eat free. Prices are exclusive of tax, gratuity and beverages. Reservations are recommended HERE.
