A local investment group called MatanzasFMBLLC has purchased the property at 414 Crescent street for $7.5 million.
According to the previous owners, the transition is expected to be smooth to the new owners with all the current staff remaining employed at the facility under a management agreement.
The restaurant will be leased during the rebuild and as future plans get developed.
