The new President and CEO of VISIT FLORIDA Bryan Griffin will give the SanCap Chamber an overview of 2025-2026 achievements at the Chamber’s annual luncheon on Wednesday, April 8.
The meeting takes place 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort & Spa.
The SanCap Chamber will also give out their annual awards, including Business of the Year, New Business of the Year, Sue Rosica Gray Volunteer of the Year, and Citizen of the Year.
“We are excited to feature a keynote speaker at our annual meeting for the first time, at least since I’ve been here the past 10 years,” said John Lai, chamber president and chief executive officer. “We look forward to hearing an update on VISIT FLORIDA from the state’s tourism agency new leader.”
From Tampa, Fla., Griffin has a long career in writing, communications, marketing, and advocacy. In addition to leading the communications team for the Executive Office of the Governor, he has served as a national director for the Maccabee Task Force and previously owned and managed a real estate company and craft beverage tap room in Tampa. He is a lawyer, published author, and pilot.
