The Estero Island Historic Society will hold a public meeting Monday, February 13th at 2:00 p.m. in the Diamondhead Resort ballroom on Fort Myers Beach. Estero Island Historic Society President Ellie Bunting will give a historical tour of Fort Myers Beach before and after Hurricane Ian.

She'll be performing as part of the new free Saturday night concert series presented by Moss Marine and Stephen Clark. Clark will also perform beginning at 4PM. High Tide kicked off the concert series last week.

After 10 years of ownership, Shawn LeMarie and Bob Rommel have sold Bayfront Bistro restaurant behind the Publix on Estero Boulevard. The restaurant, under new ownership, will be converted to Fresh Catch Bistro upstairs and Junkanoo downstairs.

Bruiser Jungwirth will begin operating The Mango Street Produce Cart today in the parking lot of Tuckaway Cafe on Estero Boulevard. The cart, filled with fresh fruits and vegetables, will be open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 8AM to 1PM (unless they sell out earlier).
