Refuge Shows Appreciation For Volunteers
In fiscal year 2020-2021, 361 volunteers worked 18,522 hours at the DING Darling refuge, representing a labor and benefits savings of more than $528,000. That amounts to the equivalent of more than 9 full-time staffers and DING found a cool way to recognize the volunteers.
