Community Foundation Celebrates 10th Anniversary
During those 10 years, a lot of money has been distributed locally to help people when they need it the most. Fundraisers over the years have included, galas, fashion shows, casino nights, auctions, yard sales and luncheons. In all, over 30 organizations have been helped as a result of what The Community Foundation does.

Mask Mandate To Continue on The Beach
On Tuesday, the town council instructed town attorney John Herin to clean up the COVID-19 Emergency Declarations that have been on the books now for nearly a year. Herin will remove the items superceded by any of Governor' DeSantis' Executive orders. The mask mandate will continue.

Town Ready To Go With New Bay Oaks Building
The Fort Myers Beach Town Council has given Town Manager Roger Hernstadt direction to move forward with his scaled down design of the new Bay Oaks campus. The Bay Oaks Advisory Board was hoping for a larger facility, phased in over time.
