The family of Robert Andrew Lea would like you to join them in a celebration of his life this Saturday at Buster’s Sports Tavern on McGregor Blvd from 2pm-5pm. Bob was a Fort Myers Beach native and grew up with the love of the outdoors in his blood.
Bob passed away at his home in Fort Myers on October 2nd, 2022. He is survived by his son Brandon Lea (Kelly), his parents Ronald and Barbara Lea, sister Cindy Richards (Dan), niece Danielle Sinclair (Daniel), nephew Christopher Richards, great niece Stella Sinclair and partner in life, Debbie Schultz.
Bob was happiest when he was fishing or hunting and was notorious for carrying a fishing rod with him at all times, just in case he came upon that perfect honey hole. If you knew Bob, you also know that he made friends everywhere he went and always had the best stories to tell.
Bobby was a great guy and friend.
Truly going to be missed.
Never know what Bobby would have in his car…….
My Crazy Bobby story, saw him at loading zone by Times Square.
Chatted a couple minutes about fishing and stuff ,when he gets outta drivers seat opens his door to show me a real wild boars head thawing out in a towel sitting on his back seat.
Anybody that knows Bobby know how true of a story this is…
RIP OLE FRIEND
