Fort Myers Beach resident Dave Crist is on the national kidney transplant list. If Crist is to remain alive, he needs a kidney. Every day he waits for the call telling him he has 3 hours to get from Fort Myers Beach to the transplant center north of Tampa. Dave will be on our show Saturday at 9:45AM.
Dave is now on home dialysis, 10 hours a day, every day. His biggest worry is a hurricane or power failure during hurricane season. On Saturday at 10AM you’ll hear his story, what he’s dealing with the wait for a kidney, and the help Dave needs.
