On Sunday, we took a short video of the $6 million Lynn Hall Park restroom facility project that’s starting to take shape on Fort Myers Beach. You can watch that video HERE. And, here are all the details about the project and when it will be done.
In December of 2025, the Lynn Hall Memorial Park $6 million contract was awarded to Wright Construction Group. The project includes:
- Replacing some ADA-accessible boardwalks, three 625-square-foot picnic shelters with grills
- Public parking
- Landscaping
- Lighting
- Signage
- Construction of a 4,114-square-foot elevated restroom building with an ADA platform lift
This project will be funded with FEMA funds, Regional Park impact fees and Tourist Development Taxes through the Beach and Shoreline Program. Construction began earlier this year with estimated completion planned for early summer 2027.
