Our friends at the Fort Myers Beach Library tell us that the Library Cafe will be opening soon but, until then, there are still plenty of cold drinks and snacks for hungry book readers on the 3rd floor, Monday through Friday from 10-2. Here’s what’s going on at the library for the first half of November.

Story Hour
Every Wednesday on FACEBOOK
Children’s story time can now be viewed on our Facebook page. A new story posts every Wednesday. Materials for the accompanying craft activity can be picked up afterwards in the Children’s area and completed at home.

 Artist of the Month
Enjoy Adorable Monique’s artwork on display this month throughout the 3rd Floor Commons Area. She is an award winning artist based in SWFL and raised abroad in Central America which has influenced her understanding of art, culture and color. Her artwork portrays the inner beauty of things, the natural environment which represents life and the water that nurtures the land.
