Our friends at Keep Lee County Beautiful are finally getting back into a permanent office after losing everything in Hurricane Ian. The new KLCB office will be at 4300 Ford Ave and they are hosting an Open House and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony December 7th at 4:30PM.

Another Business Bounces Back From Ian

Island Carts FMB, owned by Tim Ryan and Dan Allers, was a complete loss on September 28, 2022. The golf cart business was booming for Ryan and Allers before Ian came along and wiped out their entire fleet of 15 vehicles.

Councilman King Donates Annual Pay to Charity

On Saturday, Fort Myers Beach Town Councilman John King was a guest on Beach Talk Radio where he donated three $5,073.28 checks to local charities. King's, wife Chris King, added another $2,536.64 to each of those checks.

For more than 10 years Dawn Webb owned and operated her award-winning tattoo studio in the SeaGrape Plaza on Fort Myers Beach. Every business in the SeaGrape Plaza was wiped out by Hurricane Ian. Webb says, after 13 months, she's finally ready to open back up.

$2,365 will be donated to the Beach School from the Cornhole Tournament held at The Beach Bar on Fort Myers Beach this past Saturday. Over 100 people attended the event that included 26 teams and 52 players.
