Great American Cleanup Date Announced
It's no joke, Saturday, April 1st is the date for the Great American Cleanup which is sponsored by Keep Lee County Beautiful. The event takes place at multiple locations throughout Lee County from 8AM to 11AM. Santini Plaza will be the gathering place on Fort Myers Beach.

Businesses down Old San Carlos continue to open back up. The latest to open its doors to visitors is the Matanzas Inn, which has a limited number of rooms available.
It’s a MoJoe’s Grand Opening Tomorrow
Another popular business on Fort Myers Beach will open to the public this Saturday. The MoJoe's Coffee Cafe food trailer will open at 7:30AM at 1740 Estero Boulevard, directly in front of where their building stood before Hurricane Ian wiped it off the planet.
Hurricane Ian Damage Report
Lee County just released updated information on the damage Ian caused when it made landfall as a category 4 Hurricane back on September 28th. With winds up to 155 mph, Ian was the largest hurricane to make landfall in Lee County and the fifth largest storm in U.S. history.

Council Approves Walkover For Rood & Kroemer
By a vote of 3-2 the Fort Myers Beach Town Council voted to approve a special exception for Estero Boulevard homeowners Eddie Rood and Kurt Kroemer to build a 293 foot wooden walkover from their homes to the beach. The approval did not come without an interesting twist.
Historic Society Hosting Free Event
