Estero Boulevard Ribbon Cutting is Tomorrow
The long and complicated Estero Boulevard road improvement project is finally coming to an end after 7 years of work. On Wednesday, Lee County and the Town of Fort Myers Beach will host an official ribbon cutting for the project at Charley's Boat House.

Big Money Raised For Lovers Key Discovery Center
The inaugural Friends of Lovers Key gala was held this past Saturday outside the new Discovery Center at Lovers Key. The gala is the biggest fundraiser of the year for the organization with the money used to help operate the facility.
Easter Egg Hunt Returns
The Easter Egg hunt at Bay Oaks is back. Kids of all ages are invited to the 3-hour event at the Bay Oaks campus on Oak street. A bounce house and obstacle course will keep the kids busy during the event. Coffee and other refreshments will be served free of charge.
Great American Cleanup is This Saturday
The 24th Keep Lee County Beautiful Great American Cleanup is this weekend from 8AM to 11AM. The Fort Myers Beach check-in site is the elementary school on Oak street. There are about 20 of the 100 available spots left to fill.
